The Toquaht Nation Constitution lays out the Nation’s government structure, the roles of each branch of the government, and the individual rights and freedoms of Toquaht citizens. It requires that the Toquaht Nation Government be administered in a manner that adheres to the highest ethical standards and efficient use of resources.
